Keluhan yang Umum Dijumpai pada Ford
- Cam phaser dan timing chain berisik: bunyi berdecit dari area depan mesin saat idle atau start pagi hari, tanda keausan pada komponen pengatur waktu buka tutup klep.
- Coolant rembes dari water pump: suhu mesin naik tidak wajar disertai bercak di bawah radiator, perlu diperiksa sebelum memicu overheat lebih jauh.
- Spark plug memicu kerusakan cylinder head: busi yang sulit dilepas atau ulirnya aus bisa merusak dudukan di cylinder head bila penanganannya tidak hati-hati.
- Power steering electronic assist bermasalah: setir terasa berat tiba-tiba atau respons bantuan elektrik tidak konsisten.
- Blend door actuator AC rusak: AC mengeluarkan bunyi klik berulang atau suhu udara yang keluar tidak sesuai pengaturan.
- Transmisi dan torque converter bermasalah: perpindahan gigi terasa menghentak atau putaran mesin naik tanpa penambahan kecepatan sebanding.
